This means that you have to be honest and transparent enough to discuss pertinent information about the property that you are selling. You should also treat prospective buyers well and establish rapport by listening to their needs and offering them some sort of incentive. At the same time, this does not mean that you should always favour the first interested people to buy your house just because they are nice. You should also consider the return investment that it will give you. That is the main point of selling your house in the first place and that is to earn a profit.
